    Medical Resources Home Health is an established home care company providing quality home care to patients throughout Massachusetts. Exciting opportunity for a highly organized person with medical adminstrative experience that wants to work in an office setting!

     

    The Intake Customer Service Representative is a full-time position, responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and intake of patient referrals and subsequent coordination of care in our Newton office. This position is responsible for the collaborative process of assessing, planning, coordinating, tracking and evaluating options and services required to meet home health needs. The Intake CSR communicates and authorizes information with available resources to assure quality, cost effective outcomes for the patient, agency and its payer sources.

     

    Requirements

    • Job stability (2+ years at each job)
    • 2 years' experience in a medical office setting
    • Data entry experience (medical terminology a plus)
    • 1 year of Home Care experience preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
