    Medical Resources Home Health is a successful, growing certified agency providing quality home rehabilitation services statewide. As the Receptionist /Office Assistant in our Newton office, you will provide support in most administrative administration functions of the office department. Your duties include:

     

    •  Answers incoming calls and transfers to appropriate staff in a friendly and helpful manner
    •  Greets visitors and maintains a visitor sign in sheet
    •  Maintains office in/out board for all office staff
    •  Orders and maintains office and medical Supplies
    •  Processes incoming and outgoing mail

                     Incoming – open, sort and distribute

                     Process outgoing orders, Fedex and interoffice mail

    •  Maintains conference room schedule
    •  Organizes, posts and tracks medical orders and office orders
    •  Accepts referrals as needed
    •  Assists with administrative projects as needed
    •  performs other tasks and responsibilities as needed

     

    Requirements:

    High School diploma required

    1-2 years of experience in the administration field

    Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a positive, calm demeanor.

    Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word and the Internet required.

    Must be able to communicate effectively with people in person and via phone
